These terms are the end-user licence for TraceFast Golf. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise.
TraceFast Golf is a tap-to-trace shot recorder plus a flight calculator. It does not find the ball automatically, it burns the trace into an exported still image rather than into your video, it is not a launch monitor, and carry/apex figures are model estimates from numbers the user types.
TraceFast Golf is licensed, not sold. Nikah AI Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play terms that also apply.
The trace stops where the ball was last actually seen. Carry and apex are estimates from a physics model, not measurements from a launch monitor, and the descent angle is not modelled accurately enough to report.
That limitation is part of the product, not small print. You agree not to use TraceFast Golf as a substitute for instruction, a legal record, a measurement instrument, or a life-safety check.
Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase at £19.99. Annual is an optional auto-renewable subscription at £14.99 per year. Either unlocks exporting the traced still — the frame you traced, with the trace drawn into the picture — to your photo library, and saving the original clip alongside it. The video file itself is not composited: this build draws the trace into a still image and has no video encoder. The flight calculator and tap-to-trace stay free. Annual auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in the store account settings. Prices shown in the app come from your own App Store or Google Play storefront and may differ from the sterling figures above.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Nikah AI Ltd never sees your card details. Restore purchases is available in Settings without buying again.
If the product is a subscription, it auto-renews unless you cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules, not by Nikah AI Ltd.
You do not create an account with the operator. The app works offline. The only network it may open is the platform store for purchase or restore.
Do not use TraceFast Golf while driving or reversing a real vehicle, on a ladder next to a live fan, or as a check of a life-safety knot. Do not reverse, decompile or misrepresent the app as approved by a regulator.
TraceFast Golf is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikah AI Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the app — including a manoeuvre in a real car park, a planned shift, a fan that is not in fact out of balance, a golf shot, or a knot.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where that limit would be unlawful in England and Wales.
For Knotcraft specifically: EU Product Liability Directive 2024/2853 applies strict liability to software placed on the market after 9 December 2026. That is one reason Knotcraft does not verify knots and excludes life-safety uses.
TraceFast Golf is a tap-to-trace golf tool. It is not directed at children under 13.
The privacy policy at https://legalnikahai.com/tracefast/privacy.html (and bundled in the app) is part of these terms.
We may update these terms in the app and at the URL below. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
