None of these apps are directed at children under 13.
Hitchwise is a towing-practice trainer. It is not directed at children under 13. Anyone using it should be old enough to sit in a tow vehicle with a competent adult, which we treat as 12 and over.
We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is no operator account, no operator server for this app, no analytics, and no advertising. Under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act we therefore do not collect, use or disclose personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has used Hitchwise, you do not need to contact us to delete data we hold — we hold none. You can delete the app from the device, which deletes on-device settings.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under the store account on the device. We never see card details. Use family purchase controls in the store if you share a device.
