How to get help

Email support@legalnikahai.com. That mailbox is the support route for Knotcraft and it is monitored by Nikah AI Ltd. Please include:

which app you are using (Knotcraft) and its version, shown at the bottom of Settings
your device and operating-system version
what you expected to happen, and what happened instead

There is no account to look up, so please describe the problem rather than quoting a user id — we do not have one for you.

What we can help with

how a feature works, and what it deliberately does not do
a purchase that did not unlock, or Restore purchases not finding a purchase
a bug, a wrong number, or a screen that does not fit your device
a data-protection question about Knotcraft

What we cannot help with

We cannot refund a purchase. Apple and Google process every payment and handle every refund under their own rules — see the purchase and subscription terms.

We cannot recover data from a device. Knotcraft keeps everything on your device and has no operator server, so there is no backup on our side to restore from.

The limits of the product itself

This app does not verify knots used for climbing, rope access, arboriculture, rescue or any other application where a failure could injure someone. Those are excluded deliberately. Always have a competent person check a life-safety knot.
